Returns are accepted on unused and unopened items within 10 days of delivery
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected

We do not accept returns on used, burned, melted, or custom-made candles.

Leaving candles unattended
Burning candles near flammable materials
Failure to follow provided candle safety instructions

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery
Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging
Used, burned, or altered candles are not eligible for return

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

Refunds
